Return, Exchange, Cancellation, & Refund Policy

Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancelling orders placed at this website will be limited according to the following terms (Subject to valid evidence of the claim with Continuous video recording right from the opening of the package showing shipping level and all around the packet to the damaged product)-

Return Policy

Masaala Hub allows returns of the product with a full refund of the paid amount as per the following policy*

  • Only those products will be accepted for return/refund/exchange requests that received damaged on providing valid proof of damage.
  • Only wrongly shipped/delivered products will be accepted for returns and full refunds.
  • The customer needs to raise a return case through the return option within 2 working days from the date of delivery by selecting the ‘Received Wrong Item’ option in the reason for return.
  • Only those products will be eligible for return which are received by us within 10 working days after we agree to return.
  • Customer will require to provide proper evidence of wrongly delivered products and Masaala Hub retains the rights to examine whether the products for return or not
  • .Masaala Hub advises you that while unpacking your product kindly record a short video of unpacking your product as it will be used as evidence of product damage or a fake product. For Fake products and damaged products only video Evidence (unpacking video) is valid, no other evidence will be acceptable.
  • In the case of Fake product, it is advised to unpack your product with videography as a proof which can be used to make sure that the seller/courier personnel has sent a fake product so that we can take strict actions and we can start the refund process of your amount/product. In such a case (Fraud case) Only video evidence will be valid. So it is strictly advised to shoot a video while unpacking your products and send it to us in case of fraud. We are strictly following checkpoints to minimize such cases but somehow if some case arises like this then only Video Evidence will be validated.
  • If eligible, the customer may request a complete refund or reship the ordered product which will be subject to the stock availability at that time.
  • We will bear the shipping charges for the eligible returned/reshipped products. If the product’s stock is unavailable then a request for a full refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through the registered email.

Exchange Policy

Masaala Hub allows an exchange of the delivered products as per the following policy*

  • Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for exchange/refund.
  • The customer needs to raise a return case through the refund option within 2 working days from the date of delivery by selecting the ‘Dead On Arrival/Faulty’ option in the reason for return.
  • Only those products will be eligible for exchange which are received by us within 10 working days after we agree to exchange.
  • Customers will require to provide proper evidence of delivering defective/ damaged products and Masaala Hub retains the right to examine whether the products are eligible for exchange or not.
  • If eligible, eChoice will reship the same product to the same address customer, no refund will be issued in this case. In this case, eChoice will bear all shipping charges.
  • In case of unavailability of the ordered products, the customer may either request other available products of the same value or a full refund.
  • In case the returned products are not defective/damaged or not eligible for exchange then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order. The customer will have to bear all the shipping charges in this case. 

Cancelling Order Policy

Masaala Hub allows canceling an order before dispatching products as per the following policy*

  • In the event an order is successfully placed and the customer wishes to cancel, a cancel request should be initiated by sending an email to  [email protected] within time as per the following schedule-

  • Order canceling requests will be accepted only if the product has not been dispatched until receiving canceling email requests.

*The customer should use only [email protected] email id for communication related to Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancelling orders. Masaala Hub will not be responsible for any loss due to coupon/gift voucher used in the order, such amount will not be compensated in case of full refund is made.

Refund Policy

Once your order gets approved for a refund (based on the above policies), we will initiate the refund process within 2 working days and you may expect credit of the amount within 5 to 10 days depending on the payment mode used. Usually, payments done through UPI mode get credited within the same day, and payments done by cards get credited within 7-9 days. Kindly note that the refund will get credited to the same account from which you paid on the website (it can not be transferred to other accounts).
